I use a lot of these for a project which is unrelated to plumbing. I have always found them sturdy and are supplied clean so they do not require much preparation for soldering,
Accurate offset easy with these. Sometimes I want an exact offset, for the pipe routing, so that the pipe is parallel to the original direction, but a bit sideways. Trying to achieve a specific offset in a 22mm pipe using a bender is hard! With these it is easy, can assemble dry then adjust until it is exactly right.
Nothing much to say really, it is a 45deg bend, end feed, and it does what is says on the tin. What is good is that Toolstation stock 28mm end feed fittings. Sometimes 22mm is not enough. And of course if flow/restriction is the issue then 45deg is better than 90 deg.
