The compression repair coupler is a quick repair solution that can also be a permanent repair. Makes for a quick repair as long as with all plumbing repairs that access is reasonably good.
Haven't used it yet, but the quality looks very good and heavy duty. The central shape is great for holding the coupler when tightening the nuts and olives.
Did not use in the end. But would of been a ideal easy fix in stead of a full pipe change
This is a marvellous but simple answer to a pipework problem.
I thought this was a slip coupling - it's not. why dont Toolstation sell slip couplings for repairs????
Drilled through a central heating pipe by mistake, used one of these to fix it, worked brilliantly and simple to use.
Excellent quality product and bored all the way through so you can fit in tight spaces .
Quick and easy repair of split copper pipe. You do need to cleanly cut out the damaged bit, mine was 50mm. Nice solid repair

Good quality item when you need to make a joint with a bit of extra length .
Although the clip over solder patches are great for single pin holes etc when the pipe is beyond this these come into their own. Essentially they replace the bad section and are good for limited access options.
I have had several leaks in my home due to substandard coper being used, I am in the process of changing the copper out but in the mean time keep one of these in my plumbing box to repair the soft copper
This item is handy for situations for joining copper pipe when the pipe work has no lateral movement. Does the job well.
