In a bit of a pickle on a Sunday afternoon, when our bathroom sink tap broke and I had to replace it with a new tap. The problem got worse as the new tap hoses were too short to reach the original pipe work isolation valves. Even though the Tool station service desk didn’t have any longer hoses he came up with a solution, using these compression couplers. He saved the day.

Wanted a 1/2” male to 1/2” female adapter. Turns out compression nut has 1/2” bsp thread.
Ive been using these for some time now and would recommend these. Value for money. Not had any problems with them.
