Manufacturing error meant the part was unusable, will be returned.
In stock and good service from staff BUT having returned the same connector supplied by a local plumbers merchant as faulty i find the same with the Toolstation one, the casting mould line has not been removed all the way up to the screw collar resulting in when tightening the tendency is for the fitting to not sit flush with the tap this meaning i had to use a needle file to remove the excess brass sprue, would suggest you look at present stock and check.
