Not taper thread so not suitable. I will not buy again because it did not tighten and leaked.

Threads are very loose, the amount of PTFE needed to make a waterproof joint is ridiculous, pipe sealant has no chance
Needed to convert 3/4" to 1/2" brass fittings. Well milled. Still needs PTFE and jointing compound to fully seal under high bar pressure but this is to be expected.

Needed to reduce some cast pipe down to a size suitable for a copper conversion and this did the job
Does what it says on the listing. Needed to fit a tap to a water tank with a 1' BSP outlet. There were options from water tank companies that were £25-£75. By using this reducer, I was able to fit a 1/2' BSP tap which meant the whole setup was under £15. Works very well.
