The plug only screws into a plastic socket - the plastic is very soft and the whole thing failed during installation. Very disappointing.
Very good product. I buy several of these to replace bath outlet. Very easy to fit and great value for money.
Good product but cover to the overflow that rotates the spindle needs improving. Spindle is round all the way around so tightening the screw only needs tightening repeatedly. Spindle needs a flat indent so when rotating it doesn't loosen & move which means it needs tightening repeatedly. Since it's the ONLY element that the customer is in repeated contact with it needs to be more robust. Come on you can do better - we're supposed to be evolving! I wouldn't purchase again unless this is updated.

Easy swap over with existing waste, but REALLY disappointed to find the donut seal on the plug hole assembly was split. Luckily the overflow flange had an identical seal, so was able to do a switch, using the damaged seal on the overflow, with the split at 12 o’clock. End result looks good, works well and just a pity they must have Mister Magoo on QC Final Inspection :)

Rubbish! Fitted it and after turning the nut a few times on the bath outflow…..heard a crack and found the nut surround had snapped! I got a replacement elsewhere which fitted beautifully first time. And who do they print instructions on a tiny piece of folded paper needing a magnifying glass to see the images and read the text!!!
Needed one of these in a bit of a hurry and local Toolstation had this one in stock. Fitting it was fairly straight forward. Works OK but the movement is not very smooth.
