Works well but need to check dimensions carefully - althoguh spline size is same as faulty unit, body is a different depth so tap head catches slightly on body.

From turning the hot and cold in line valves off it took about 15 minutes to replace both valves and turn the valves back on . Good tap valves well made and a very good price

These tap glands worked a treat. Had leaky kitchen tap and although i am not a plumber, i decided to give it a go to replace them. Was very straight forward remember to turn of the flexi hose water taps first.
Replacing to get rid of a dripping tap that needed fixing
Excellent, Stopped dripping tap. Best take the old one with you & make sure it is the same as there are different sizes especially with the knurled top. I also put them on the oposite ways ie hot where cold is as then the taps line up better.
Great service. I was able to pick out the parts I thought would fit online, then went to local store and asked to see the part. The assistant found the tap internals I required and we were able to match with the faulty part I had with me. It fitted perfectly and stopped the leaking tap
Was a bit worried it wouldn't work as there was various size. It worked so happy
we showed the old parts to the staff member who brought the new parts out and compared them. they looked the same so we bought 2 at a fair price. when we put them into our kitchen tap they fitted well and the tap now works well. Many thanks.
