I bought this assembly to replace that fitted to my 6yr old Bailey Caravan. The original had degraded destroying the rubber seal. The Made for Trade assembly seems to have a silicone seal which should last longer. The whole assembly seems to be much better quality the OE fitted to the caravan. I'm hoping it will last as long as I have the Bailey.
