Wanted these to clean out the guttering & a few other high jobs. Turns out I only needed 2 of the 3 sections to sort out guttering. Very stable & feels like a quality product, as I use this brand at work I trust it.
Just what I needed. The rungs are comfortable on your feet. I need a longer ladder, this is just over 4m when closed and now reach's my gutters with ease.

I've resorted to review because taking action to get an exchange is too time consuming as I can't get through on the phone. Ladder has damage to bottom rung and the release catch on the first ladder was jammed under the rung causing a dent which means it will jam again and need a hammer to free it. See pics. I paid good money but it's damaged and I can't get through on the returns number so here I am, wondering if anyone will see this! There's also an option to add photos, which I have, on this form but the function doesn't work!
Sturdy, does the job, and perfect for general maintenance, gutter clearing etc. Just what I needed. Quality product.
Bought to replace an old and heavy wooden ladder. It’s lighter, stronger and with its wide base much more stable. Far safer and easier to use when cleaning out gutters.
Am a window cleaner this ladder is good quality safe and sturdy . Come the day after I ordered it can’t ask for more
Good quality ladder, stabiliser bar makes it really safe for working at heights. Lightweight aluminium but still quite heavy to orientate, I chose the 2 section which was a great option as it’s that much lighter than 3 section. Delivered promptly and in good condition.
Just like Ultra Sonic, these ladders help me get higher, they are great quality and the feet at the bottom give me the confidence to run up and down ( not actually run obvs, ) and know they are going nowhere.

Great ladder, very happy with quality and stifness etc Arrived a bit beaten up, dented runs etc, but perfectly usable .
Unfortunately one of the rungs had a dent in it. Contacted toolstation customer service via online chat and was advised that i couldnt just return the damaged section, the 3 sections would have to be returned. Either way this wasnt an option as i had to take a day off work to be in for delivery so taking another 2 days off wasnt going to happen. I took a minute to think before replying as i was going to ask for a partial refund but the advisor cut me off.
Super light weight ladders good for all general repair, unto first floor window ledges.
Excellent ladders ! Nice & Sturdy . When separated each section can be used on its own . Will be perfect for my work as an electrician & very handy for DIY projects at home . All good stuff !

This is a solid and well built 3-piece ladder. It will be one of those tools that you buy once only! It is heavier than I expected but this may be because I am not used to a 3-piece extending ladder but I needed the height to reach the gables of a barn. It feels very safe to climb up it.
As to delivery, this was easy and on time.
Good ladder fits on my medium size vans roof rack fine it’s not to heavy and feels very stable
Great sturdy set of ladders ,gives u confidence to climb up to various heights especially with stableliser bar,cleaned my guttering no problem.
No idea what this ladder is like because I never had it delivered. DX are shocking in their ability to find houses and read instructions for delivery.
