Good Jose ready to use in an instant, all you need is a jubilee clip to the pump and you're ready to go
An extremely strong and durable hose that coped well when connected to a powerful 18,000 litres per hour water pump
Great product, keenly priced and does exactly what it was purchased for.
Does what I expected it to do Not much more to say
Easy to use and does its job, so much so I actually have several!
Easy to use and a good length complete with jubilee clips
Does the job but you need to make sure it is laid out flat first. Not sure how long it will last.
This lay flat hose is not an accessory. It is a critical infrastructure component for any operation involving water transport. Whether you're an agricultural professional, emergency responder, or civil contractor, do not compromise on this item. It may look like a simple hose—but when you're staring down a deadline, a rising flood line, or a failing pump system, this hose becomes mission-critical.
Verdict:
Buy it. Trust it. Deploy it. This hose is not just equipment—it’s insurance against failure.
This is a good hose, well made. It opens up readily once water is going through it and then rolls up neatly afterwards to make it easy to store.
Just the job to attach to my sub pump for speedy hot tub emptying
Great value about 20% cheaper than any where else.
Bought for pond maintenance and is perfect for the job

5-Star Review: Outstanding Performance from Start to Finish!
I've been using lay flat hose for several months now in both irrigation and general water transfer tasks, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made. It’s lightweight, easy to deploy, and just as easy to roll up and store—saving me time and hassle on every job.
The durability is top-notch. Even under high pressure and rugged terrain, it holds strong without any signs of wear or leaks. The reinforced material gives me peace of mind that it won't split or kink, no matter how demanding the conditions are.
What really stands out is its flexibility. Unlike rigid pipes or heavy-duty alternatives, lay flat hose adapts to the environment. Whether it's winding around obstacles or being used over long distances, it performs flawlessly.
I’ve used it on farms, for draining areas after heavy rain, and even during emergency water supply situations—it hasn’t let me down once. It’s tough, reliable, and incredibly easy to manage.
If you're looking for a hose that works hard, stores easily, and lasts a long time, lay flat hose is the clear winner. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants quality and efficiency rolled into one.
Good compact hose that folds well and takes up limited space
does a good job and allows high flow pf water. easy to roll up and store
It does the job for a cheap hose. The problem with these is that they doesn't pump around corners well due to the water pressure.
Does the job just fine, once you lay the hose nice and flat, minding not to create any kinks that would restrict or even stop the flow. That is the nature of the lay-flat hose anyway. Easy to roll back into a very neat little coil for storing. Can't comment on how well or long it will last as only just used it once. Better alternative for my purpose where a semi-rigid plasticky hose just kept snapping and a constant mending was needed.
Great value flat hose ideal for flood pumps small jobs and dirty Water pumps fitting kits for extending available from Toolstation at a great value price and easy to use
Exactly what I needed for my submersible pump. Easily stored after use.
Worked well with the Hawkemoor 55o Watt pump. I had to work hard to ensure there were no tight angles otherwise it kinked
