I purchased thinking that it was Oak but it's MDF with a plastic coating.
Toolstation didn't hesitate in giving me a refund though.
Very nice threshold. Easy to fit with either screws which are supplied or glued.
Does not fit the securely and YOU will end up having to glue it down
MDF not Oak, only bought I was going to Toolstation anyway, will not use, will order proper oak online for much the same price.

Just the job to create a foot friendly step for < 5mm difference in floor levels! It was very easy to modify the strip so that a perfect level was achieved! I have used double sided tape to secure the strip! The final result is pleasing.

Looks fairly ok - matches the oak floor I have. BUT as others have said, it appears to be of a very poor mdf. I started to have concerns that even a light mopping would cause it to take on moisture and swell up. I coated the exposed surfaces with waterproof adhesive but it remains to be seen how it performs.
A honey coloured ramp, which matched well from other real oak products bought from well-known, popular retailers. The colour also matched well with laminate flooring purchased from another well known DiY store, that has an orange logo! I would buy this again in the future.
