On unpacking radiator had damage to side panel and top grill, returned to local Toolstation ,staff very helpful in trying to fix issue and reordered in the end with no problems.

Really pleased with the new radiator. I was replacing an existing one (different make) so was delighted that the measurements were accurate. Instructions were straightforward and everything looks and works fine.
Worth the money it’s a basic good radiator ready to go and easy to install.
Came as described but panel was damaged … something not noticeable until installed. Given the poor customer service received when collecting I I shouldn’t have been surprised. Managed to effect a cosmetic repair.

This is my go to radiator when swapping out old rads. Good thermal efficiency with a relatively low footprint ant a good price. Almost always available for next day collection no matter what weird size I need

I had ordered the incorrect radiator, but this was corrected by the team at Toolstation, which all sorted quickly and efficiently, the radiator is fitted and all working well.
Great quality radiators, fitting and brackets are great if you have wood or solid brick to mount onto. These radiators come well packaged to protect and not a single mark on it, bought 5 so far and still a few ro change out. Great deal at the moment with free TRV & lockshield and a bottle of corrosion inhibitor, just remember amd tick the box at checkout
