I had to replace a radiator with a smaller version due to a fitted furniture installation and was advised to purchase a P+ model. I was delighted that a correct size radiator of this type would be available the next day at Toolstation at a very competitive price. The only slight difficulty I experience was that the website offered free products (ie rad tails and inhibitor solution) when ordering online but was not ready for collection at the store. It seems that these have to be added to the order but the website is very unclear about this. I am pleased that the manager of the store was able to resolve the issue, however.
I am very pleased with the radiator which is more heating efficient than the larger type it replaced. The staff at the Uxbridge store are always very helpful and should be commended.
