Good service once again fronm our local branch , Bought the towel rail to replace old panel heater in bath room. Fitted nicely on the wall looks realy good. The gentle heat it gives off takes the chill out of the small room. The instructions were easy to follow.

The product is good, but the packaging was damaged and wet, which luckily didn't affect the product inside, as we were installing it all the way in Cornwall.

Securely packed so little chance of damage in transit. Wall fixings easy to install with some flexibility in position. It is reversible so cable entry can be at right or left to suit.

Exactly what we needed. The installation is quite easy. However, it takes quite a long time to warm. Other usually takes less time, but, it retains heat better
This is the second Kudos towel rail I've bought. The first one is still performing well after 2 years. Easy to fit, less intrusive than some, and give off a surprising amount of heat. Highly recommend these for a small room.
