This is a GREAT flooring. The built-in underlay makes it easy to lay compared to seperate underlay.
The joins from tile to tile are barely noticeable if it weren't for the pattern.
It was little awkward to lay in a small space with odd shapes and obstacles, but once I got into the main part of the room it was dead easy.
A nightmare to fit in a tight place. All tiles were broken in a box. It takes a lot of time to fit.
Straight forward to fit, tongs and groves were resilient against breakage which can be an issue with this type of flooring. They appear robust and give the slate effect I was after.
