I didn't like these need pads because it wasn't what I had expected, I thought that there was a strap so you can tie it around your knees but there wasn't I could of took them back but I'll just keep them sometimes when you think something is rubbish it turns out to be ok.
So as they say on the box and they help your knees with less pain

Knee pads, they can be cut to size and they work just as expected.
They do the job but...it's hard to keep them in place. They keep slipping down, or up, or sideways. When they are in place they work perfect. Only bought those as need to finish the job and won't be needing them anymore.

Great product. Fit perfectly in the pocket of the trousers. Thickness is good too. I'm really pleased with this item.
Used with two types of work trousers. The cheap trousers, the pads were excellent, fell under my knees perfectly. Annoyingly the more expensive trousers caused the pads to fall more to the inside of my knees.
Anyway... the pads are great. No need to spend more on branded versions. Just be aware that your trousers will dictate their position.
