It was Easy to install and works well in our bathroom
Nice item, however you need a lot more clearance than 3mm on the floor if you are tiling over.

Really nice mat, clear instructions. I covered it with 4mm self levelling compound for easy tiling after, and its now working perfectly.
Only thing to know is that the sensor tube is much thicker than the 4mm mat, so it needs to be mounted lower onto the floor, to fit under tiles. In our case as we were using 6mm cement tiling boards under, it was an easy process, just cutting and setting it at a lower level, but with different base it might require significantly more work.
I regularly use this product and have never had a problem and some installations are in excess of 15 years old
I might have done something wrong when I installed it but every time I turn this thing on the floor gets really warm. Sometimes after a few minutes the floor is a little warmer but if I leave this thing plugged in for a few hours, OMG the floor gets really warm!
Not sure if this product is supposed to do this but I think I’m gonna leave it as it is because it’s nice to have warm kitchen tiles on a cold morning.

Easy to install, great value for money. We used it under vinyl flooring after self levelling.
Easy to install with a good amount of adhesion to stick (and stay stuck) to ply board flooring prior to covering with self levelling compound. Comes with flexible conduit for floor sensor cable installation, which you don’t see much of any more and Very competitively priced too!
Amazing quality underfloor heating Matt I have used a few times over the years but these kit is h far the best for the money
As standard with these sort of mats, went down ok, the extra thickness around the cable/wire join is always annoying.
