The Jubilee® Size 4X Zinc Plated Hose Clip offers an 85mm - 100mm adjustment range (3.1/4 - 4in), providing a heavy-duty fastening solution for large diameter hoses and pipes in industrial, automotive, marine, and agricultural applications. This substantial size is particularly suitable for securing large industrial pipes, extraction ducting, automotive air intake systems, marine engine hoses, agricultural irrigation connections, and general large-bore installations where robust, reliable clamping is required. Constructed from mild steel with a protective zinc coating, this clip provides excellent corrosion resistance and the structural strength needed for demanding larger diameter applications. The Kite mark to BS5315 (1991) demonstrates compliance with British Standards, whilst the manufacturer's ISO 9001 certification ensures consistent quality control throughout production. The robust worm-drive mechanism allows for precise adjustment and maintains a secure, even grip that won't loosen under vibration, pressure changes, or environmental stress. Supplied individually, this Size 4X clip is ideal for repairs, maintenance work, or new installations involving large diameter pipes and hoses. The zinc-plated finish delivers long-term protection against rust and oxidation in both indoor and outdoor environments, making it suitable for workshop, industrial, automotive, marine, and agricultural engineering applications where larger connections demand professional-grade fastening.
