Having quality blades in a sensible container has to be the best idea for blades I have seen. Normally they are in a plastic type bag which is easily mislaid and the blades then go rusty on the meantime. A great idea.

Good for cutting paper maybe wood, metal just destroys the blades in a couple of passes would not recommend ! Had Irwin blades before with no problems but these are just a waste of money
