This was perfect for housing the connection I needed it for. A good size.
This box was very disappointing. It is no able to accept a standard 20mm gland due to its size. It has to be modified to fit and the lid would not fit afterwards. It is also flimsy.
Most margarine tubs are stronger than this box. Avoid

Good junction box, cheap but good value for money. I used this for a home-built electronic light switch controller. The box itself is quite flexible so needs to be mounted on a flat surface to maintain shape but once the cover is clipped on, the box is sturdy. Also important not to overtighten the mounting screws as the screw head can push through the mounting tabs as the material is quite thin. The thin material of the box is good to work with though; easy to make holes for mounting a PCB etc.., and there are plenty of cable entry options.

This was ideal for what I needed it for (housing the connections for an outside lamp) as it was the only one this size I could find. So in that respect it was excellent. It does feel a bit like a Tupperware sandwich box and is made out of flexible plastic rather than hard plastic. However, looks like it will do the job and seems to seal well.

Nice junction box, very lightweight and when fixing to a wall which wasn't flat it twists. The lid pops on but not confident it will stay on for too long!
Product matched the description, the plastic is ok but a touch flimsy but fine for me. Things I noticed and liked were, the lid snaps on tight and the fixing points are outside the box (so it is not punctured in the back with a screw potentially allowing ingress of water).
