Purchased to replace a ceiling fitting in a laundry room with a headroom of only 2.1m. This proved to be an excellent purchase, good and robust, easy to fit, and with a great light intensity and spread. I set the internal switch option to give a warm light and am very pleased with the outcome. Hopefully my taller relatives and lofty visitors won't be banging their heads on this compact unit.
Worked for a year or so but packed in after very limited use.It has also become yellow in the sun.

Purchased this to replace a bathroom light. Rated for zones 1&2 so was just what we needed. Its a little flimsey but once fitted to the ceiling that didnt matter. The interchangeable black or white cover was a nice touch and the adjustable light brightness was great. A safe and value light which was easy to install.
Fitted into a garage toilet compartment. Ok but not as bright as expected

Needed a cheap light for a dark garage. This seemed a good option, fitted it and it seemed fine, however realised it had 3 temperature options so tried them out to see if they made any difference. Two settings seemed the same light level and the third was completely dark/off. Light level is ok for me but check settings out if you want full functionality. 3 year guarantee so if it fails it will be replaced by TS.
The product was readily available and the Shop attendant was very helpful
My second one of these has just died. In both cases they worked fine for about a weeks (used for an hour our two over a few nights) and then wouldn’t turn on. Toolstation replaced the first one, now I’ll be looking for a refund on the second one.
Great light for the price. The ability to modify the colour temperature was a selling point for me as it allowed me to match the new lights to the existing lights.
This light was very easy to fit and looks much nicer than my older security light fitted.
Note that it designed for rear entry cable only. As my cable was entering from the bottom, I cut out a small notch in the plastic surround( very easy using a junior hackshaw and sidecutters) and was fine. As it was on a pebbledash wall, I put a small amount of silicone around the top part of the rim to be completely water tight .
The light comes with a choice of white or black plastic surround.( both included). It says on the box, but not on the toolstation description, it has a 5 yr guarantee and Toolstation should include this in their description. The light is bright but not dazzling due to the translucent cover.
There is a switch also to change light setting from warm white to cool white etc. ( 3 options).
