I just replaced 8 of these that have failed (last than a year, nothing like the 25000hours quoted). These are controlled via a dimmer switch but as they are supposed to be dimmable I would have expected longer life. We have another 2, product code 20549 and they are are fine. The 8 I have replaced with the same as the 2 that are still working lets hope these last much longer.
