Great looking bulb on and off. Just the right brightness.
Not sure if the size and wattage of a bulb would fit a newly purchased wall light fitting.
Todd patiently worked though the options and came up with the ideal bulb!

12 year old lamp needed a new bulb, and I wasf not sure whether led would work. But no problems - good bright light, no flicker, and uses less than a quarter of the electricity of previous halogen bulbs.
As usual, Toolstation had good selection in stock at competitive prices, and their service was very quick, friendly and efficient.
It lit up my room - I took the old bulb out as it wasn’t dimmable and put this one in. I then had a cup of tea, anticipating turning the new lightbulb on.
Finished my tea, gathered the family and turned the switch..click! Light cam on.

Ordered 6 for two flush 3 arm ceiling lights with clear glass shades. The clear glass bulbs and filaments look decorative when off and nice and bright when on.
They are a great price too.
Very good value for money and they look fancy. Had a broken one but was changed by the store without fuss.
The size and old style shape of this bulb looks okay in my outdoor lantern. I previously used a candle tip bulb one and i preferred that, but Toolstation dont seem to stock those now. Light output on this one is just as good, at 40

Now been fitted for just over a week, light output as expected to replace a similar LED, colour temperature suitable for the lounge, in uplighter wall light. Originally designed for a 40/60 watt bulb.
So far quite pleased, see how long it lasts!

This bulb doesn't work in my ceiling fan but works in my IKEA lounge light and an IKEA bulb did. It might be that some ES bulbs are a bit shorter than others and do't reach the contact.
Bought these bulbs to light up the outside porch to create a warm appearance. First class.
Very bright. I think in line with what is on the side of the box.
