Bought 12 of these to replace halogen. 1 of them already broke within the first two weeks.
MR16 Led lamps. Are not the easiest thing to get hold of. These were what we wanted and on the shelf.
Needed some low wattage led spotlights, and these fit the bill perfectly, available and well priced.
Ideal replacement giving equivalent light to existing higher wattage halogen bulbs at a reasonable price. No problems fitting including no transformer issues. Delivery delayed 24 hours by courier company.
Flicker constantly when used with a conventional LV 12V transformer & dimmer switch. No flickering when dimmer turned up to maximum power. Since I have 36 LV spotlights in my ceiling it isn't cost effective to replace them for low load dedicated LED transformers. Therefore unless you have dedicated LED transformers do not expect a stable light when dimmed from maximum.
The manufactured quality of the bulb is good; they are well made.
Complete rubbish. Flicker and strobe, Do Not Buy.
Good quality with a strong, concentrated beam. Nice surface and feel robust with clever cooling features. Prestige white body and warm white emissions. I’m confident these will last a long time and havenone installed in my Jacuzzi bath too. Has to be 5 out of 5 for all of the above and functionality on top. Dimmable in this size build is a rarity but this has topped the lot. More information on leading edge triggering would be helpful?
These spotlights do not work and when they do, most of the time they are flickering. Do not buy
Unfortunately dimming it wasn't work for me, brand new bulbs and dimmer, all transformer dimmable and the bulbs was flickering
I may have found a dimmable 12v LED lamp that works! Reasonable results so far using a dedicated LED driver and a Varilight Pro touch dimmer. It "kicks-in" a bit later than 240v LEDs on the same circuit but previous trials have shown you can't be picky. Good colour match with my other 2700K LEDs. For once this may actually be a lamp that does what it says on the box.
Used these to replace some blown halogens and although the lumens claim is greater than the halogens lumen brightness, in reality there not even half as bright! Almost pointless turning the lights on as there no brighter than a candle!
I was daft to think these 12V bulbs would be as bright as 4W 240 GU10s - they're nowhere near. Should have bought higher power ones. These are about the same as 2 or 3W GU10s

I bought this to replace a failed bulb on a very old fitting, works perfect
Fitted new led drivers and found the original led lamps would not work. These integral lamps work perfectly with the aurora drivers. Hoping they will last the specified hours.
