I bought this bath and the two panels and fixing kit last month. Finally came to install it today and the screws, legs and brackets that came with it looked very different to the ones in the instruction manual. I carried on fixing assuming it was just a minor difference but the leg supports were too short and could not physically be installed at which point I looked to try and contact either Toolstation or Ideal Standard to rectify the issue but they’re only open Monday to Friday. It’s Saturday today so that is the end of that! The quality from Ideal Standard is usually very high but this has been a major disappointment and very frustrating because I just wanted to crack on with the job today. The quality of the bath seems ok but if you can’t fit it I guess it doesn’t matter. I will see what happens on Monday…
Bath is fine, its the extras that are disappointing. The side panel is expensive and does not come with fixings as per my other review
