What Blade to Use *We advise you to cut your grass to a medium length to remove excess debris prior to scarifying. Once cut, we recommend you use the raker blade to remove the lighter dead matter/moss before using the scarifier/aerator steel blade to cut deeper into the grass and aerate the lawn. The raker blade is suitable to clear lighter dead matter, such as moss and weed. Height setting 0mm to -12mm The scarifier/aerator steel blade removes hardened surfaces and loosens the grassroots to allow the grass to breathe and soak in vital nutrients.
