Seems well made used to pump water from water butt to water a flower bed some 150 fee to away. Does the job well. Saves carrying numerous watering cans.
It works ok but took a long time to empty my water butt. I needed to cut an old hose pipe down to get enough pressure to pump it out. To be fair though it was very silted
up so I think this was my problem and not the pump as once it started it did a good job
My pump finally gave up after 6 years of good service. This was a direct replacement. Delivered in less than 24 hours of ordering!!!
Empties a water butt with just sufficient pressure to operate a garden sprinkler for a small garden. Will empty a full butt in approximately ten minutes.
Great little pump which enables you to easily use water from your water butts to water the garden. Flow is the same as the tap in my experience. Very easy to connect to any hozelock hose so definitely worth the extra few quid compared to other pumps that are a nightmare to connect to your hose.
Fantastic little pump it simply drops into a water butt or paddling pool. First job is to connect the garden hose using a standard hozelock connector. Drop it into the water and turn it on - it pushes water easily through 30m of hose up about 1.3m hight. I cant fault it.
Good pump, enough pressure to get all round my garden with a hose. Well worth the money. Make sure you prime it to get the air out of the system before using
Powerful enough to drain a water butt in ten minutes through 70 metres of hose. Need to purge air before starting by running with hose uncoupled for a few seconds. (Hold sideways when doing this if you don't want to get wet!) Also make sure it is not resting on the bottom of the butt if there is muck at the bottom, or the filter will clog.
