Bought this only a few weeks ago but it has already sprung a leak. I had my previous hose (not Hozelock) for years and I probably gave it a lot more abuse too. Have now purchased a different make, so will see how that goes.
This hose is a great bit of kit . Works really well, much better than expected. Saves a ton of space and weight.

So far so good. After buying a different make slightly cheaper expandable hose from another shop and returning 2 because of faults, this one looks to be doing the job
It lasted a week. My previous one lasted a year. Unfortunately I got the second one during a heatwave, and the rubber perished quickly because on just one occasion I left water in it undrained, for a few hours. Enough to perish the inside. Lessons learned: read the instructions carefully; go back to a good old proper hose which can withstand temperature variations. Even with careful use it doesn’t last that long.
These 'expanding hoses' have been around for a while now, but they really work well. Takes up a fraction of the space of a conventional hose. The Hozelock one seems quite well made.
Brought at end of March. Hole in the hose by start of June. Stopped in it's own little container, emptied when not in use, used to water the garden twice, wash the car once, and fill the chickens water up. Don't bother eating your money.

Clever product that works well. 5 year warranty provides some reassurance as to durability
Have had several hoses in the oast, this is currently th best I've owned.
Well made and sturdy this is ideal for a medium sized garden and is much easier to store than a traditional hose.

I was impressed with it when I used it to wash my car, it did not kink and folded up neatly when finished so could be stored neatly. I wish I had purchased one soner.
Great hose & fittings, not tried yet as snow on the way!
Having previously had a hose on a drum (heavy) this was a delight to use. It shrinks and easily folds away into a carrier bag for storage. In use, the hose expands and stretches allowing us to water all the garden, once the water buts have run dry.

Had to get a replacement after 12 years so pretty good value for money and got the same again.
A brilliant hose pipe, easy to use, excellent quality, I'm very happy with it.
