The square hole nearest the pin needed m12 coach bolt and other holes are smaller and needed m6 coach screws. Both are available in toolstation in various lengths. Toolstation Tysley were extremely helpful in finding suitable screws and bolts for the wood we used. Ladies, ask your husband for a sample of the wood and toolstation will be happy to help you while you return home with exactly what you need.

Not tight enough fitting into hook. It is loose so it points down when held horizontally. Hope that made sense.

An excellent heavy strong hinge. Easy to lift the gate on and off the pins. Only downside is that the screw holes are a little large for shorter smaller gauge screws.
