Was trying to fix my complicated heating system on a sunday, eventually discovered that a valve motor was kaput, and astonished to discover Toolstation had a spare in stock, and available on a sunday afternoon. I was expecting this 37 year old part to be obsolete but they had a choice. Astonishing!
Direct replacement for motor that failed after 10 yrs of use. Very easy job.
I purchased a new Honeywell motorised valve to get my hot water up and running again. Superbly made product. As usual first class Toolstation service. Don't buy cheaper copy versions or you'll be breaking your back in the airing cupboard again much sooner!
Exact replacent, easy to instzll and very well made
Good product, available when I needed it. Heating works perfectly now.
perfect direct replacement for my honeywell valve easy to fit however I had to use my own connectors due to the size of the ones supplied being too big. other than that perfect and 10 minute job
OEM synchron motor and connectors. High price compared to replica motors but will last well
This is the most inexpensive way to fix an unserviceable zone valve and doesn’t take longer than 15 minutes to fit….. brilliant!
Diverter valve motor. Motor came wth brass connectiors which made replacing the faulty unit easy. Replaced quickly and at good price.
In stock and great price. Quick installation, but connections provided seem oversized for the application.
very help full staff willing to help also good price.
Exact replacement for existing motorised valve. No problems with installation
Bought the cheaper (£18) version of this from Toolstation 3 months ago which (surprisingly?) stopped working, so have replaced with the genuine Honeywell version.
Until I had replaced it I couldn’t be certain it wasn’t the thermostat or programmer that had broken, but all sorted with the Honeywell replacement.
No problem getting a refund from Toolstation for the first one. Great customer service.
I bought genuine Honeywell because I wanted to ensure a perfect fit, and have peace of mind that it would last. Mechanical fitting was easy and it does the job. But the electrical wire clamps have these huge plastic covers which take up too much room such that I can’t fit the cover. So I just used one and joined the other wire with a smaller clamp that I had.
So simple to fit, solved the problem, old one had seized
Ordered online, drove up collected, back home fitted valve, heating working again, DIY job done - thanks ToolStation
Does the job at a fearsome price compared with alternatives.
I bought genuine Honeywell spare to replace my existing motor which after 24 years started to buzz loudly. There are cheaper alternatives, but I'm hoping that this replacement will last as long.
Works great would recommend it to anyone better than buying the complete unit
My budget Synchro motors last a couple of years.
Hopefully the US made motor will keep going a little longer.
Thankfully with my older easy maintenance system they are easy to replace.
