Great piece of kit. Easy to istall, took five mins replacing an old unit. Display looks nice and is easy to set up. Also having a temporary backlight when you press buttons is a nice feature for altering temp at night.

It works, no where as good as the old model T40. For elderly people the old model was easy to use and alter. The T3R is complicated. Would not recommend for elder people.

Bought to replace a twelve year old Honeywell that had lost it's display. Four wires next to the boiler to connect the Master. Program and off to go. It does have holiday mode and 6 program event as some WhatsApp says it doesn't. Simple display for daily use.
Replaced an 'old style' analogue stat (which was in the Hall) with the receiver unit. Put the room stat in the living room. Wireless 7 day Room Stat, with 6 temperature bands per day. Easy to fit. 3 wire connection.
