Compact size with peg locations to position 230mm (9") from the top of the door. Suitable for square corner 102 / 76mm hinges and eclipse radius corner hinges with quick, easy and accurate set-up. Compatible with 16mm guide bush and 12.7mm cutter. Position those hinges perfectly with this compact hinge jig from Unika. The portable hinge jig will create a 20 mm recess for a 76 mm hinge and 30 mm for a 102 mm hinge, in both doors and door frames. The small jig is perfect to transport between jobs and use onsite. It''s quick, easy and accurate to set up – it also has a bradawl pin fixing to make sure it''s stable before you get to work. It''s suitable for square corner and eclipse radius corner hinges, and the adjustable set-up means you can alter the distance between the hinges.
