Got this end of line in the clearnce sale so very cheap and works well, easy to fit.
HEP20 products are top quality and as this item was bought in the sale, excellent value for money.
Product in general is good but the one I received was scratched and dirty, not what I would have expected from a major company
Great value. Simple to install.
The original Hep2O only lasted under two years when a pinhole spray developed at the threaded joint between the valve and the black water pipe connector. It was only after I replaced the stopcock I discovered the seal between the two section is a sealing washer which had split (probably was faulty when originally manufactured) No thread sealant is used. I would recommend using liquid PTFE on the thread before fitting. However I might have just been unlucky.
