As with all Hep2O kit it’s just push on, a quick twist to make sure it’s on ok and bob is your fathers brother.
Do make sure you check it is turned to the off position first though, the sound of escaping water is a little embarrassing when you open the shutoff valve.

Needed to isolate the cold water supply to the shower from the header tank. Easy to fit being push fit and shuts off the water as expected. my first use of hep20 so cant review on how well it will last.
Part of the Hep20 range of push in connectors so easy to use the fittings have a mark on them to show depth of embedment about 33mm just mark off pipe and push in and can be removed with the blue removal tool great item along with the other Hep20 15mm fittings I’ve been using
Hep2o has been my go to plumbing range for a number of years now it's quick, easy and dependable, cut the pipe to length fit the inserts push it into the fittings job done no leaks no drama.
Used it with copper piping so didn't use inserts. Pushed pipe in firmly and it worked with no leaks. I would have found it easier to cut the right lengths of pipe if there was a mark on the outside of the valve to show how far the pipe needs to go into the valve. I would advise to check what length goes into the valve to get your cut lengths correct.
