Excellent product, easy to use, and no water leaks
didnt have an o-ring, unsure if it was needed but think it is needed, very easy to connect HEP2o
Needed to replace the flexible hot tap connection due to water temperature, went for HEP2o fittings as per 1st choice in Manufacturing excellence. Never had a leak from using this Make, might be slightly expensive but if you only want to do the Job once then this fitting and others used are priority go too.
This was used where a plastic 10mm outside tap connector joined normal brass 15mm T joint. have used 2 other makes before neither seemed that good and both failed after time this socket was both easy to use and with the hep20 10mm pipe support (46p) for the flexi plastic pipe seems so much more secure. so so far a great product

I Bought these to fit to a new bath tap as the Speedfit ones were out of stock at my local branch. Despite using a ton of PTFE on the thread was called back as both were leaking. Replaced with the speedfit ones which had come in and no more problems.
Good product no issues work a treat
I bought one from here and one from the competitor. Needless to say competitor was spot on in a bag brand new and this one was without a bag with black thumbprints. Product itself was ok, aside from the seal maybe drying up because it didn't have a bag.
