I always use hep2o fittings as they are good quality & have never had a prob with them

Every time I seem to order hep2o fittings individually from Toolstation I seem to be paying the full price for an individually wrapped item and get given unwrapped from a 10 pack. Once I ordered 7 10mm spigot elbows and was actually given a 10 pack with 3 removed.No problems with the items themselves.

How do JG & others manage to make push-fit fittings that don't need a special too, but this needs a release tool. Thankfully, there's a cheap plastic tool pack for the one-off installers. It actually makes a great connection, I might try more of their connectors in future, but I got this because it was the only reducing elbow available at the time.
