As with all Hep2O kit it just works, push twist and job done
Good product can be hard to take apart if you need to. The key technology can be difficult. I tried a keyless fitting and it worked nice so might be a good alternative. Other brands you can lock off which I’m not sure if you can with the hep20 keyless
Looked easiest to use. Followed online instructions and voila. Water squirting everywhere. Then couldn’t remove so had to return and buy the removal kit. Then used another make with a screw fitting and worked first time.
These are fantastic. Need a key as an extra to decouple but slim and much better than others. Work brilliantly and so effective. Not had any leak.
Never had a problem with Hep20, easy to fit and yet to see a leak.
I was replacing a Hep2o T connection with this. (Got rid of one branch). This fitted on great and is tight and leak free. My only issue being removing the T piece using the Hep2o tools was not easy, unlike the speedfit I would normally use.

Undertaking a recent Kitchen renovation these have made the process of re-piping the supplies fast and leak-free. Great quality product
I already have push fit elbows but used this Hep2O elbow in a hard to access location in my loft. Well made with a long guarantee, it was easy to fit. Knowing it will only demount using their own tool I know it won’t just come off.
Put straight onto copper. Always used these. Great product.
Great product. Easy to insert but not so easy to remove using the standard tool particularly after the pipe has been pressurised & the teeth bitten on the pipe. Further if plastic rather than copper pipe, then the inner sleeve liner often gets left in the fitting on removal and is then virtually impossible to get out as it is gripped by the teeth therereby potentially requiring a new fitting.
Needed to replace the flexible hot tap connection due to water temperature, went for HEP2o fittings as per 1st choice in Manufacturing excellence. Never had a leak from using this Make, might be slightly expensive but if you only want to do the Job once then this fitting and others used are priority go too.
Great quality push fit connector. Be cautious when fitting as these are hard to unclip even with the key.

Worked well. Very easy to fit. No leaks as long as remeber to use pipe inserts.
Also easy to remove again if needed (with the right hep20 tool. Always had good experience with hep2o parts.
Easy peasy to use. I wanted to move my garden tap to make it more accessible and these H02 pipe and fittings made it super easy. Very pleased
poor on chrome pipe, kept slipping off, and as already secured on poly pipe, hod to throw 3 away
I bought this Elbow joint to replace a leaking unit in my cold water feed, which is in 15mm plastic piping. It took only seconds to push fit onto the pipe. No sign of any leaks so far (three weeks since fitting) Much easier than gland fitting types and no less reliable.
I love the simplicity of fitting this plus it's a great time saver and excellent value for money
