This is a solid product and very neat. The fixing screws need a lot of torque to drive in and need power driver but I guess need the strength to support body weight. A fixing template would have been useful.

Easy to fit - Strong - needed a long reach 13m socket to fix top two bolts, standard socket wont go deep enough to secure it to the wall. Overall a well made seat.
Seat robust wuoldnt recommend to rather obese people not big enough however for the 12 to 15 stone person ideal

a good strong seat, easy to install and looks good when fitted. The seat does not take up a lot of room when folded away.
When the seat is in the open position it is not perfectly level, this is normal, it raises to the front.
Looks great and feels good to use.

Bought it for my father-in-law. A good product, it doesn't take up much room when folded flat against the wall and doesn't look too institutional. Supplied with fixings, put I purchased longer ones so as to get a good fix in the outside wall. It needs to be fixed to a solid wall.
Nice seat comes with fixings and wall plugs great value.
