Despite being advertised as a heavy duty item I feel that this item feels far short. Nothing heavy duty about it.reasonably priced works as it should
Fiddly, as a lot of IEC connectors are, but good quality and price.

Well made connector, a bit fiddly to wire up, especially with larger cables, however would still recommend.
Having purchased a C13 plug from an online seller, when I received it the poor quality was evident and there was no way I was going to use it. This one from Toolstation is significantly better, from the fixing to the terminals, and promotes confidence to use it.
The cable entry can be a little snug depending what cable you are using, but that's unavoidable in a rewireable item, otherwise all good and very happy.

A kettle plug connector that has the extremely useful feature of being rewireable. Used this at the end of a 3+ metre cable run that webt under the floor of a motorhome. Impossible to get a moulded fat plugged short cable to do this.
Used to extend the power supply cable for an aquarium filter in conjunction with 2xC14's for the filter cables themselves - allows easier maintenance and interchange of two filters.

Excellent product. Well made with a decent cord grip and rubber sleeve to stop the flex bending too tightly.
easy fix, sliding the stress relief over the cable was a bit tough but possibly the cable was too wide.
