These bungee cords are made of a very strong elastic cord and don't stretch very much. Other bungee cards that I have stretch much more. They did the job I wanted them for but I was close to returning them as they nearly didn't fit. A measurement of how much these stretch on the Toolstation website would be useful.
Perfect for my job, safely securing a water boiler. The carabineer clips with the heavy duty bungee was the perfect solution. The 2nd spare cable had one sticky clip. I can force it closed but not our other users. Hence the lost 5th star.
