Strong, galvanised security bolt and lockable with a padlock.
Minor problem with the finish, had to file an extra bit of zinc dip off the bolt, only took a few mins. and fine now.

substantial but bolt is a very loose fit in the loop, so would rattle and throw of the bolt is very short which is why it did not suit my installation
Solid security from this galvanised Brenton bolt, easy to fix, i bought two at the great price on offer to secure my up and over garage door and used tamperproof bolts to fix, you could use coach bolts if you prefer.

This bolt is sturdy but the keep is double the size of the bolt so doesn't hold it closed tightly, which defeats the object of having a sturdy bolt?
