Worked fine although haven’t had the need to use it much

Started first pull out of the box, cuts well and not too heavy to use. Has good cutting capacity for thicker branches. I also have the strimmer which is also good.
Broke down within a few uses, tool station and hawksmoor customer service no help at all
The hedge trimmer is not starting, brand new, bought it on 14th of June, haven't used it yet as is still in repairs, honestly just stay clear of this product or maybe the brand overall.
Decent machine for hobby gardener,bit hard to start first time round,but after that ideal for hedges and shrubs with minimal fuss

Started off great easy to start and use but only used it 3 times in a week and lost bolts already from where they have vibrated loose
Good quality easy to start and cuts nicely with nice long cutting blades
Brilliant once started but can be a tad tricky as I have needed to hold the throttle to get it started each time. Without holding it just doesn't want to start.
Very smart machine worth every penny it’s light and easy to move around
Really struggled to start this and consistently having the same issue works well when it’s running but getting it started is a challenge.

Surprisingly good ! Bought this to replace 20 year old McCulloch petrol hedge trimmer that finally died on me. Worked right out the box, easy to use, lightweight, love the rotating handle ! Glad i bought this vs the much cheaper options.

Bought a year ago used for no more than 8 hours use over 4 weekends and product has failed - no compression- no way of returning it and just a rubbish experience
This machine did the job, however, it was difficult to start, I almost gave up. It is also heavy, so for a large area, it could be hard work. The trigger was also sticky, and got caught on something when trying to fire it up.
