Great bit of kit for the money cant fault it works well
We returned the first one due to the on/off switch being able to be accidentally knocked on. The replacement was exactly the same, very dangerous especially when the brush cutter attachment was fitted, I laid it down on the ground and the switch hit a stone and switched the brush cutter on. Not impressed!!
Great for garden strimming or for brush cutting. Does the job well
Bought this to replace my petrol one and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of assembly and how easy to use
The blades you get are of decent quality and easy to fit and a really good length of cable(10m)
And as its electric it just keeps going
This is a machine i would heartily recommend
Very powerful. would benefit from graduated speed control. i struggle with the line release and have to dismantle the whole thing to get more line out. tbh its probably something Im doing wrong. Does what it says it does and seems robust and well put together
Bought the brush cutter to help remove brambles and general foliage. Worked well, happy with the purchase.
I have a large area to the side of my property which was getting rather unruly.
Because of the density of the foliage a brush cutter was required.
I ruled out a petrol one due to cost and a battery one due to battery run time.
This may be a budget option but performed admirably, and did the job required without fuss.
The motor can get a tad hot, so allow ample breaks to insure longevity of the appliance.
All in a worthy purchase for the home owner.
It's fast and good quality build but you have no control over the speed. It keeps switching from low rpm to high, very quickly and will not go back unless you stop the cutter.
Broke after 2 uses, head snapped off while using the brush cutter
Works well, very powerful. I have only given four stars as I wanted to buy spare line with the unit and was told it was not stocked nor could the assistant tell me where I could buy line!
Brought for occasional time I need and is a lot more powerful than I expected ,worth the money for me as battery ones cost to much for the few times I’ll be using it .
Well , they say cheap is cheap, thought I would give it a go and I was wright.Vibratiin to the arms was awful after 20 seconds of use. No gradual control over the speed,it just went out if control. My advice invest in a better quality brush cutters, overall don't waste your money.
Excellent tool works really well , I would recommend it
Bought for bramble cutting in rear garden. This is a cheap soft metal tool, and came with one guard screw missing. Simple to assemble but not exact fit and tolerances poor - so the two halfs fit together held at in location by a push pin and a screw tightener. The blade is soft metal and fits by friction lock and is adequate, however it does dent if you hit a root or stone. The motor is fine and lasted 2 hours with breaks every 10 mins to not burn out the motor. Coming to separate the two halfs the push pin metal surround had split and stuck into the outer casing - probably caused by the torque of the motor trying to turn the blade if it hits an unmovable object, transferring the power to the weakest point in the shaft. Weight is good, as is handle function. Plastic casing. Comes with strimmer spool too so that makes it a good buy for a season. More if used with respect. Not a professional bit of kit, but happy domestic tool.
Very good brush cutter. Comes with a 10m cord. Haven’t tried the spool yet but the brush cutter works excellent, it’s lightweight but powerful enough to tackle tough growth. It also comes with a harness to help support it’s weight.
