Great tap, look nice and functional one , fit perfectly well with my small basin..
Must be the best taps on the market. Built to last, elegant appearance and pleasant to operate
Tap is nice but comes with fixed flexi tails ie they cannot be removed. As these are 400mm they were way too long for the cloakroom basin it was going on (unless I wanted a large loop of flexi pipe on display).
By the time the plumber actually got to the job after a few reschedules and told me the problems it was too late to return to Toolstation.
I would have been happy to pay a restock charge but now I have a brand new, unused tap that I don’t need because Toolstation’s ‘computer said no’. The counter staff were great but showed me that the system won’t let them take anything back over 4weeks after sale.
Good quality tap which we like, however the flexible hoses attached to the tap are of a smaller diameter than those which we have previously attached to our taps which caused some installation issues including an additional purchase of pipe reducers adding both cost to the item and also as a result the water flow from the tap is significantly reduced. This is the reason for the four star rating
Looks good, and has a nice smooth action. Quality feel.
