Anything to reduce energy costs is good for me. This shower head is easy to assemble, looks smart and has a large Spray disc which means you still get a good quick clean.

It's such a lovely feeling - the water feels so light and fluffy! I just haven't yet figured how to change the settings. It is very quiet too as the water comes out so gently.
