Excellent value rollers - brilliant with shellac primer where other rollers either shed or weren’t solid enough along the length to get an even finish.
Very low 'fluff' & worked paint on really quickly without too much track marks ...
Great little rollers for the money. Paint just goes on easily.
I normally use Harris Ultimate, but couldn’t get them. Found these Hamilton Prestige on ToolStation and was pleasantly surprised buy both their price (10 Pack) and quality.
How these differ from Harris sleeves;
1. They have a finer nap for smoother finish
2. They shed less fibre's
3. They clean much better and are almost as good on second use
Would I recommend them? Definitely, no hesitation, these are professional grade and a 5* rating from me
Used these to prime up a load of mdf and worked great, better than the foam
Nice smooth roller. Bit of a light stipple effect with emulsion.
Brilliant product, super finish and at a very reasonable price and available to pick up in store in minutes
Never a problem with these rollers and give a smooth finish... Top tip with any roller is to put them through a washing machine rinse cycle to remove loose lint and fine hairs for perfect results
These are excellent for all types of paint. Small enough for tight spaces
Ok but not as good as I’d hoped for. Reading reviews I was hoping they’d give a food finish using satinwood nut not very much better than using a foam sleeve.
Good for narrow places though
These rollers are great for glosswork. Creates a super finish.
Prefer these to foam rollers that can leave burst bubble effect with some paints. Give a good finish with satin emulsion, comparable to spray if used right. Never had any material come of the roller, I do always slightly dampen before use. As with everything I would love them more if they were a bit cheaper. Availability at Toolstation sketchy, as twice I’ve purchased with one shown in stock only to arrive at store to be told they either don’t have it or try to give me medium pile. That may be just my branch.
Hamilton Prestige Mini Short Pile Roller Sleeves are good value for money & do a nice finish
Perfect for getting behind the radiator that is secured close to the wall.
Great roller sleeves, idea for painting with modern acrylic top coats etc.
Great mini rollers.. great finish and great price …
Great 4inch roller, good finish sound in texture no loss.
Good price, good specification. Quality is very reasonable.
These are fantastic for getting a decent finish on doors or anything with a gloss finish.
These roller refills are the best I have found for putting high quality finished with
