Just what I was looking for made the job so much easier and didn't cost the earth
i've finally come to realise that buying one of these slightly more expensive rollers is better value than buying a box of 10 inferior ones for £3 or £4 or £5. Not only is it a far better product with a much bigger paint capacity, but just having one roller sleeve makes me look after it far more carefully, washing it out properly after use. So not only is it a better product giving better results, it is also cheaper in the long run and less wasteful and more environmentally friendly.
Wasn’t really expecting this to be very good on a rough cast wall, however it is! Amazing little roller that being light makes it great for use on a long extension pole.
I needed to paint a rough textured wall externally.I only everbuse 4" inch sleeves as find anything bigger too unruly, especially at the top of a ladder.
This roller sleeve was fantastic, in fact I was.suprised how good it was.Hardly used.a paintbrush at all.Recommened.
I bought these for use on pebbledash and was surprised how good the performance was. Yes, it's slower than using a 9" or 12" roller but on a small section of wall the control you get from this little feller is welcome and I was happy enough using it for more than the corners I'd bought it for. I experienced very little shedding of fibres and it's tough and long-lasting too.
I bought this to use on fence panels & after 10 minutes, ended up going back to my smaller furry ones as I had more on me than the fence.

Roller fitted securely & worked the paint well into rough cast masonary wall face.
The price was good, i git it for my decking but i still needed a brush to get to some of the grove bottoms. But it was a great help, it lasted very well considering i was really abusing it, i was very impressed
I bought this roller and also a pack of 10 prodec long pile rollers (85218) to paint extremently rough tyrolean render. This one has already done 10 times what one of the prodec rollers did before disitegrating, and it's still going strong.

Works very well on uneven surfaces , easy to clean, excellent quality and value for money.works better when soaked in water before using like all rollers i have found.
