I was initially concerned to find the unit branded as Sige, but after checking the Häfele website, I saw that the official instructions were also Sige branded—so it seems to be a legitimate partnership.
Instructions were clear and easy to follow with idiot proof templates.
One unexpected requirement: the middle shelf must be fitted due to the centre post design. The shelf isn’t full-width, so the track overhangs slightly. I encountered a minor issue with the Wren slow-close hinge obstructing the lower pullout shelf. This was easily resolved by repositioning the track back by 20–25mm.
The unit feels solid and well-made.
Once installed, it works smoothly and efficiently.
A small issue was quickly resolved, and overall I’m very satisfied.
Don’t let the Sige branding or minor fitting challenges put you off—this is a high-quality product that performs well and maximizes cabinet space effectively.
Great quality product, unfortunately takes up far too much room in the cupboard. It's about 10cm height loss on every shelf (20cm per cupboard)

Good I did price one up at a kitchen showroom for £600 better quality but this one does exactly the same for a corner unit at a fraction at the cost
Quality product easy to install using the templates
Once assembled comes across as a quality item, but getting to that stage I lost a few grey hairs, instructions have a lot to be desired... Took me longer then expected.
It was a return from a previous buyer, not checked by tool station staff as had been drilled into, very unhelpful customer service, if the box has been re taped I’d refuse it.
My customers wanted to upgrade their corner unit so I suggested to them about a pull of system. Ordered this for next day delivery. Really pleased with the service. Fitting was easy, looks great and customers are over the moon with it. Highly recommended
This well-made accessory helps to solve a problem of access to the inaccessible back of kitchen corner base units. As a result of fitting, you will, however, lose some of the volume/space in the cupboard, so don't expect to re-fit everything that you take out, back in!
Fitting is straight forward, but the following comments may help. Each of the two carousels is fitted to either the unit base or a cupboard shelf. If the upper shelf doesn't fit flush to the front of the unit, you'll have to 'notch' it to bring it forward. The supplied fitting templates are good and a couple of 'red' guide plugs are provided to help position the fittings on the carousels. I gave the top shelf a few additional 'conti-bloc' supports - the loaded carousels will be quite heavy! Not cheap, but well made and the wife thinks it's brilliant. Enough said!

Brilliant product, well packed, Card templates are provided which I was pleased with and followed exactly. The instructions are a little limited but by following the pictures I was able to assemble and complete. Delighted when everything fitted without one alteration. The shelf is required, take it out and fit the guide to it, then adjust the height of shelf before putting it back.

This seems like a good, sturdy product and was reasonably straightforward to fit. As others have said, you do need to have a shelf for the top pull-out unit to sit on. It's manufactured by SIGE of Italy. Just one thing though, the model you will get is the 373i, whereas the photos in the catalogue and online show the 371i which has better quality rails.

Good quality item easy to fit! Cheaper than some similar items. Only drawback is the height of the swinging shelf when fitted but would still buy again.

Just fitted. Instructions OK but you might want to fit the side arm before fixing down the guide rail, which is the opposite to the instructions. This is because it's tricky to drill the pilot holes for the side arm once the guide rail is fixed to the base.
