Disappointed with this Hafele pull out drawer. I expected better quality from a known well established brand. The roller mechanism is rough and noisy compared to another make adjacent to it in kitchen.
Shame on toolstation, sold me a used pullout, that someone had tried to put together with the wrong screws and got them jammed, then put a random assortment of screws in the box, so after a 30 mile round trip to collect, it was of no use!
I bought this item a month ago (not from Toolstation) finding it to be good quality and easy to assemble. Move on a month and I bought a second from Toolstation - what a disappointment. The whole kit had been cheapened with poor quality instructions and reduced quality components. Shame. This does not reflect upon the service I received at Toolstation - the local staff were outstanding in quality of service and product knowledge.
Quality is good, but quite tricky to retro fit into already existing kitchen units. Requires stubby screwdrivers, long arms and much patience. The instructions supplied assume you are going to install into kitchen units as they are built from flat packs, so I had to improvise with wooden packing to position the wire rack to get the screws that secure the runners in the right place.
Good quality. However, air gets trapped at the back and makes it stiff to close. Requires abit more effort. Not sure if that happens always.
Well built and eventually does what it says but I was looking for a LH mount and while the description said it was LH/RH in reality it was RH. Also it is mighty difficult to align the front cover?
Does just what I expected.
