Exactly the same as I have taken off my filing cabinet. Obviously I overload the drawers so in a year or two these will fall apart. Cheap and quick and easy to replace.

Easy replacement for drawers with plastic slides which break with constant use over time. Slides are a perfect fit in the drawer sides. Revives old tallboys with smooth slide out/in drawer operation.
Purchased a few of these now. I know they need replacing when you hear the little silver balls rolling around in the drawer.
